Calvin Anthony is a pharmacist and businessman in Stillwater and has farming operations in Woods and Payne counties. He was appointed by Governor Brad Henry in 2006 and reappointed by Governor Mary Fallin in 2013 to serve as a member of the A&M Board of Regents. Mr. Anthony attended Oklahoma State University from 1963-1965 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 1968.
Gary Clark is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (B.S., 1969; M.S., 1972) and the University of Texas (J.D., with honors, 1975). While in private practice in Tulsa, Mr. Clark was listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He served eight years on the Board of Regents for Oklahoma State University/A&M Colleges. After practicing law in Tulsa for almost 30 years, he became the Vice President and General Counsel of the Oklahoma State University Foundation in 2004. In March of 2008, he became Vice President of University Relations for Oklahoma State University. In April 2011 he assumed his current post as Vice President and General Counsel.
Dr. Robert McGrath
Dr. Robert McGrath was named as RASEI Director in July of 2015. In this role, he serves under a joint appointment between the University of Colorado and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Prior to joining the University of Colorado as Research Professor and Director of RASEI, Bob served as senior vice president at the Georgia Institute of Technology and director of the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). GTRI is an applied research powerhouse providing an array of technology solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, other federal agencies and industry. Under Dr. McGrath’s leadership, GTRI grew to have more than 2,000 employees and R&D awards in excess of $350 million.
Jim Roth is the newly appointed Dean of the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Jim is also a Director of Phillips Murrah P.C. where he is a member of the Firm's Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group and Chair of the Clean Energy Practice Group. Hand selected by Governor Brad Henry to serve as an Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner in 2007, Jim held the office through January 2009 when he joined Phillips Murrah P.C. David Swank is a graduate of William Woods University (B.S., Business Management). Swank has worked in the utility industry for over 20 years with experience in advanced distribution automation, project management, business planning, engineering and strategic planning. Before becoming the CEO of Central Electric Cooperative in 2005, Swank was the CEO at Grundy Electric Cooperative in Trenton, Missouri, and also served as President for a technology firm in Kansas City, Missouri.
